Yesterday evening, three buses exploded at bus stops in Bat Yam and Holon. The CEO of the „Dan“ bus company recounted one of the explosions in Bat Yam: a passenger noticed a suspicious object, the passengers exited, the driver continued to the final stop, got out of the bus — and then the explosion occurred!
An Incredible Miracle!
Later, two more explosive devices were discovered on other buses — one in Holon and another in Bat Yam!
In total, five locations were found where explosive devices had been placed on buses! The enemies had planned a mega-terror attack, which was only miraculously averted without any casualties.
By order of the Minister of Transport, bus and train services across the country were suspended. At Ben Gurion Airport, all buses at the entrances and terminals were ordered to be inspected. Trains nationwide were also checked. Special forces were deployed to various locations for further security checks. Meanwhile, the Minister of Defence ordered an expansion of military operations in Judea and Samaria.
To sum up: only thanks to an incredible miracle did we avoid the simultaneous detonation of five buses filled with passengers!
One of the theories being considered is that the terrorists mistakenly set the timers on the explosive devices for 9 PM instead of 9 AM — the time when most buses are full. In setting the detonation time, they simply confused AM and PM.
A Great Miracle!
Tragically, it was evident that the mass release of terrorists would lead to a surge in terror attacks and more sophisticated enemy operations. We were promised that „we would manage,“ but the truth is that the release of thousands of terrorists (with another 602 being freed this week) directly contributes to new attacks and a drastic escalation of the situation.
This time, we were saved. And saved solely thanks to clear Divine protection. It is worth noting that yesterday, during the day, we observed the yahrzeit (memorial day) of the righteous Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka, wife of the Rebbe, King Moshiach.
Praise G-d, for He is good, for His kindness endures forever!
