«Whereas Chabad of South Broward is a recognized and respected leader in Jewish education and in the delivery of social services and outreach to the community... and the Lubavitcher Rebbe has proclaimed that the „job has been done“ and all that is left to do is to just greet Moshiach Now! Now, therefore I Joy F. Cooper, Mayor of the city of Hallandale Beach, Florida on behalf of the city, do hereby proclaim the next 105 days from Dec. 16, 2006 through March 30, 2007 as 105 days to greet Moshiach Now!»
